Pierce Aluminum acquires Jenks Metals, June 2009
Pierce Aluminum, based in Franklin, Massachusetts, is pleased to announce the acquisition of Jenks Metals, Orlando, Florida.
CEO of Pierce Aluminum, Bob Pierce, commented that “Jenks brings a long history of quality service and an expert staff to join the Pierce team.” Jenks CEO, Lee Feiereisen, remarked that “Pierce is a great fit for our philosophy and for the continuation of the long history that Jenks has had with the aerospace and manufacturing community in Florida. Pierce Aluminum will maintain the operations, warehouse, and sales team in Orlando and is excited to add the ISO and AS9120 certification to the portfolio of services offered by Pierce.
